Certification is based on the International Standard in Zero Waste Management Systema circular economy and intellectual property tool from Global Zero Waste. This standard promotes continuous improvement in the efficiency of the flow of materials and solid waste, driving the implementation of the strategies of the 9R (Reject, Rethink/Redesign, Reduce, Reuse/Reuse, Repair, Refurbish, Refurbish, Remanufacture, Recover Parts, Recycle). By aligning your processes to this standard, Promocali and Promovalle demonstrate their commitment to excellence in environmental management and their contribution to reducing the global circularity gap.

A transformative path to sustainability

The adoption of the Zero Waste model was not a simple adjustment, but a comprehensive transformation. Promocali and Promovalle redesigned their processes, trained their teams and implemented operational strategies to convert waste into valuable resources, closing production cycles and contributing to a cleaner and more efficient future.

Angelica Delgadomanager of Promocali and PromovalleHe emphasized the importance of this achievement: "This is recognition of our strong commitment to the circular economy and minimizing environmental impact. It is an achievement that represents a decisive step towards a culture of corporate sustainability, where waste ceases to be a problem and becomes an opportunity for transformation and value."

Leadership and collaboration: keys to success

The role of ICONTECas a conformity assessment body, was instrumental in verifying and auditing compliance with each of the requirements established in the Zero Waste Management System International Standard. Its external validation ensures the rigor and transparency of the certification process.
