The model Zero Waste continues to consolidate its position as a key tool for business transformation in Latin America, and Brazil has positioned itself as one of the regional leaders in its expansion. We close the first half of 2025 celebrating an important achievement: six organizations from different sectors have achieved certification in the Zero Waste Management System.The company is committed to a circular economy and efficient management of materials and waste.
This progress has been made possible thanks to the articulated work with our strategic ally ZEROSwhose work has been fundamental for the expansion of the model in the country. From the adaptation of the methodology to the local reality to the linkage with different Conformity Assessment Bodies (CAB), ZEROS has enabled more Brazilian companies to access concrete tools to reduce impacts, increase efficiency and demonstrate their commitment to sustainability.

As of January 2025, the Strategic Alliance between Global Zero Waste and ZEROS has driven the expansion of the Zero Waste Management System in Brazil. This partnership brings together the technical and methodological expertise of two benchmarks of the Zero Waste movement, with the aim of:

Accompany certification processes with an educational and practical approach, adapted to the Brazilian context.
Accelerate the transition to circular economies in the region.
Thanks to this joint work, Brazil already has more than 21 affiliated organizations and 27 facilities adhered to the Zero Waste Management System.becoming a regional example of environmental commitment.
