The financial sector commits to sustainability: Davivienda is the first financial institution to obtain Zero Waste certification

On Friday 21 February, at Global Zero Waste we had the honour of accompanying Banco Davivienda at the presentation of its Gold category Zero Waste Management System certification, awarded by ICONTEC, represented by our Technical Director, Diego Romero, and our Certification Director, Alberto Diaz.
This recognition reflects Davivienda's constant commitment to the circular economy and environmental sustainability, setting a precedent for the financial sector. We are showing that it is possible to grow hand in hand with caring for the planet!
We congratulate the whole team, headed by Martha Luz Echeverri Díaz, Human Talent Vice-Presidency, Mireya Moreno Valderrama, Administrative Vice-President, Giovanni Martínez Rubio, Department Lead, Paula Catalina Jurado Duran, Eco-efficiency Leads, Karen Liliana León Peña, Daniela Peña, Eco-efficiency Specialist, Yunior Roberto Salinas Torres, Manager in the Infrastructure Management and Service department, and the whole operation, who have taken on new results and strategies to reach this important achievement.
